Founded in 2015, MANPRO was created to address the real challenges faced by construction professionals in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and rapidly changing project dynamics.
MANPRO was born from the experience of Zaki Muliawan and Ranny Anita, two professionals with extensive backgrounds in the construction industry—as project owners, consultants, and contractors. Their deep understanding of field challenges led to the creation of MANPRO, especially in response to one major issue:
“The difficulty of accessing up-to-date, accurate, and integrated project information across all parties involved.”
This situation often leads to miscommunication, delayed decision-making, and deviations from the original project plan.

MANPRO was officially founded by Zaki Muliawan and Ranny Anita, construction professionals with a vision to bring technology-based project management systems to the industry.
MANPRO joined the first batch of Plug and Play Indonesia as part of a technology startup incubation program. During this phase, MANPRO began expanding its market reach and strengthening its business foundation.
MANPRO started expanding its business into Internet of Things (IoT), Digital Office, and Archive Management solutions to support operational efficiency in the construction sector and other industries.
MANPRO obtained ISO 27001:2013 certification for Information Security Management, reflecting its commitment to user data security and project information integrity.
MANPRO participated in various national and international events and networking programs, including:
